Description
This building comprises two properties at 31 and 31A Friars Street. Dating to 1692, the front elevation is of plastered brick and is topped with a parapet. The building has two main storeys, cellars, and attics containing four dormers, with a tiled mansard roof. The building is part of a group with numbers 27 to 31 (odd), The Friars, numbers 33 to 45 (odd), and numbers 49 and 51.
