Description

Mill House is a late 18th-century house located on the south side of Cawood Water Row. The house is constructed of reddish-brown brick with stone cills and has a pantile roof. It is two storeys high with three windows on the first floor. A two-step approach leads to the central entrance, which features a stained glass pane and a rectangular fanlight. The door is framed by pilasters supporting a cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within flush wood architraves, each with a cambered arch above.
