Description

Mill Bank is a house from the second quarter of the 19th century. It is built of painted brick with ashlar dressings, featuring a wooden doorcase and an eaves band, topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and four first-floor windows, with a late 20th-century fifth bay added to the right. The entrance is located in the third bay from the left, consisting of a panelled door beneath a rectangular fanlight, all framed by a pilastered doorcase with a modillion cornice. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set under channelled wedge lintels with cills, and there are 20th-century shutters. The house has end stacks.
