It is a two-storey, two-window building arranged in a central-entry plan. The front features a four-panel door with a divided overlight. Sixteen-pane sashes are present throughout, with painted stone sills. All window and door openings are topped with keyed flat arches. A brick stack is located at the right-hand end of the building.
