Description
Church Farmhouse is a house built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed squared gritstone and has a pantile roof with four eaves courses of stone slates. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a lower two-storey bay on the left side. It features quoins and a central single-storey gabled porch that includes a 20th-century window. This porch is flanked by 20th-century casement windows set in original surrounds, which have slightly projecting sills and three-part keyed lintels. The house also has shaped kneelers, gable coping, and end stacks. To the left, there is a service block that has a 20th-century door on the right and a window on the left, along with a small square window under the eaves in the center. The left side of the service block also features a shaped kneeler and gable coping.
