Description

This is a threshing barn and attached gin gang located to the north of Laburnum's Farm House, dating from around 1800 with early 19th century alterations. The structure is built of red brick and features pantile roofs. The barn's street-facing side has a large central double plank door beneath a wooden lintel, topped by a segmental brick arch. On either side of the door, there are three rows of narrow slit breathers. At the rear, the attached gin gang is six-sided and supported by five brick piers, also covered by a pantile roof, with various walls bricked up.
