Description
Laburnum's Farm House is a farmhouse dating to circa 1800. It is constructed of red brick with a 20th-century pantile roof and two brick chimney stacks. The two-storey, three-bay street frontage features a central doorway with a panel door and overlight, sheltered by a wooden lattice porch. An ashlar plaque above the doorway is inscribed "RICHARD POTTER, Builder and Monumental Mason." Single plain sashes are located either side of the doorway. Above, a blind central window is flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To the left of the main house is a single-storey outbuilding constructed of brick and rubble.
