Description

Woodbine Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century, situated in Croft-on-Tees. It has a double-depth plan and is arranged over two storeys with three bays. The exterior is roughcast, with a concrete interlocking tile roof. The central entrance features a four-panel door beneath a fanlight with decorative glazing bars. Ground-floor windows are 16-pane sashes of crown glass, set onto ashlar sills; first-floor windows are 12-pane unequally hung sashes, also with ashlar sills. The building has an ashlar coping and brick end stacks. The roof has an "M" shape.
