Description

The entrance gateway to Bridge House, located in Croft-on-Tees, dates from the early to mid-19th century and features wrought iron construction. It includes a central pair of gates with swept tops, made of square bars, scrolled lower panels, and mid panels adorned with interlocking circles. The fixed side panels match this design. The gate piers are box-section, topped with cast-iron acorn finials on the standards, and the top rail of the gates displays a deer's head in the center.
