Description

The Old Post House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with later alterations. It has a stucco exterior and a pantile roof, standing two storeys high with two bays. The central entrance features a four-panel door with an overlight above. To the right, there is a small late 19th-century shop window that includes a plinth, frieze, and cornice. The other windows are four-pane sashes set on stone sills. There is a band at the first floor and an eaves band. The building has shaped kneelers, stone coping, and rendered end stacks. It is included for its group value.
