Description
Lora Terrace is a terrace of three cottages built in 1832 for the Dawnay family. The front is constructed of squared sandstone, while the sides and rear are made of sandstone rubble. The cottages have a pantile roof with rebuilt brick stacks. Each cottage has a direct-entry plan with outshuts. The building is two stories high and features a four-window front. There are plank doors at the center, center left, and center right, with these doors interspersed with two-light, eight-pane horizontal-sliding sash windows. The first floor has similar windows, and all openings have thin timber lintels. Above the center door, there is a datestone inscribed with "LORA 1832 TERRACE." The building has stacks at the ends, in the center, and at the center left.
