It has two storeys and a Welsh slate roof with stacks at the gable ends, along with a cornice and blocking course. The front façade features three windows, each a hung sash with glazing bars under stone lintels. A band runs between the storeys. The ground floor has two windows. A plinth is present. A portico in the Roman Ionic style shelters a door consisting of four fielded panels with panelled reveals. Flanking sections extend to the left and right of the central portion, but are of lower height. The left-hand section has a blocking course and cornice, and includes one hung sash window with glazing bars above the band. The ground floor features an elliptical carriage entry. The right-hand section is similar but includes a casement window above a hung sash window with glazing bars, and a rusticated doorway. The building forms a group with numbers 105 to 126 (inclusive), the Royal Oak Public House, the former Employment Exchange, number 133, and the Crossways Hotel, with numbers 105 to 111 (inclusive), the Royal Oak Public House, and the Crossways Hotel being of local interest.
