Description
Brideholme is a house, probably built in the late 18th century, constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. It features rusticated quoins and is two storeys high with four irregular bays. The left bay has monolithic lintels that are grooved to resemble flat arches, while the other surrounds are plain. The ground floor right includes a lead-roofed bay window, which dates from the late 19th or early 20th century. The windows are sashes with four panes, except for the bay window, which has margin glazing. The doorway in the third bay is framed by pilaster strips and an entablature, leading to a panelled door with a margin-glazed overlight. The left gable has coping and kneelers, and there are three chimneys.
