Description
No. 3 Church Street is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of random rubble, which was previously pebbledashed, and features a stone slate roof. The building has large rough quoins and an asymmetrical front with four bays; the third bay is slightly set back and includes a segmental carriage entry with a triple keystone. There is a doorway between the first and second bays that has a plain stone surround and residual imposts, leading to a six-panel door. All windows, except for a small modern casement in a thicker surround located in the fourth bay on the ground floor, are full-length horned sashes with glazing bars, set in thin plain stone surrounds. The house has one chimney.
