The description shall be amended to read:

Chapel of ease. 1770, refenestrated in late C19. Coursed squared stone, ashlar dressings; graduated Westmorland slate roof. Nave with south porch, chancel. Nave: 4 bays expressed as 3. Gabled porch to left of centre, has basket arch and inner doorway with chamfered, square-headed surround to board door. Bay 1 has cusped, square-headed 1-light window; to right of porch is a similar 2-light window on left of sundial without gnomon. Gable copings. Offset bellcote at west end has cornice and gable. Chancel: single-light south window; cusped pointed-arched east window; small opening in gable beneath ashlar copings and apex cross. Interior: C18 fielded-panel pews and fragments of early glass in nave windows.
