Description
Crosby Grange is a farmhouse dating from the 18th century and early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubblestone and red brick, topped with a 20th-century pantile roof. The building has two storeys and features four bays, with a brick outshut on the left return. The two left-hand bays are made of brick. There is a board door with a three-pane overlight and a flat brick arch above the second bay. All windows are four-pane casements; the windows in the two left-hand bays have flat brick arches and brick sills, while those in the two right-hand bays have keyed flat arches and stone sills. The farmhouse is adorned with shaped kneelers and stone coping, and it has end stacks as well as one stack on the ridge.
