Description

The gatepiers to St. Columban's, likely built around the same time as the house, are located on the south side of Waterstead Lane. There are six stone piers that form the entrance to the property. The two main gate piers feature rusticated columns set on ashlar pedestals, each topped with a stone urn. A secondary pair of piers shares a similar design but is shorter in height. The outer piers are cylindrical with oval caps and are also lower than the principal piers. The gates themselves have been removed.
