Description

The Princess Club, formerly known as Whitby Liberal Club, is an 18th-century building located on Spring Hill. It is constructed of stone with a grey slated roof, and features brick chimneys at each gable end. The building is two storeys high and has three double-hung sash windows, with a band continuing as cills. A central open pedimented doorcase is topped with a semi-circular fanlight, and is approached by a double flight of stone steps with iron railings.
