Pyra House is a house dated 1746, constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and features two first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a part-glazed door set within an architrave. Above the door, there is a stone inscribed with "WRS 1746". To the left of the entrance, there is a window in an architrave with a flat-faced stone mullion that divides it unequally, containing a sash window alongside a 4-pane sash window. The other windows are 4-pane sashes also set in architraves. The house has end stacks.
