Description

Nos 14 to 18 on Princess Street are a group of buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries. No 14 is three storeys tall, while the other two are two storeys. They are faced with stucco and have gable ends with old pantile roofs. No 14 features two windows with flush framed sashes and flat stone arches, along with a six-panel door that has a four-pane fanlight above it. Nos 16 and 18 each have one window, which has been altered to casements, and they have modern doors. These buildings are listed for their group value, as they contribute to the character of the North Side of Princess Street, which includes all the listed buildings from Nos 2 to 30.
