Description
Tatham House is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from slobbered rubble with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The entrance, located to the right of the centre, features a plain surround on square bases and a moulded pediment, with a door added in the mid-1960s. To the right of the entrance is a small ground floor window, also from the mid-1960s, with a plain surround and 12-pane sashes. To the left, there is a large ground floor window with a plain surround and 12-pane sashes, along with two similar windows on the upper floor. The left-hand side has chamfered quoins, and similar quoins are found on the right-hand side where the front rises above the adjoining property. The house is topped with a moulded cornice and features gable end ridge stacks.
