Description
This sundial, dating from the 17th century, is located approximately 50 metres southeast of Welburn Hall. It is made of limestone and features a sculptured figure of Father Time leaning over a vase-shaped sundial, which is raised on a square stone block. The design is almost identical to the sundial at Duncombe Park in Helmsley, which is attributed to the architect le Nost.
