Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres north-east of Westow Hall, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed limestone and features a pantile roof. On the street side, there is a blocked carriage arch beneath a cambered brick arch, with a blocked window to the left. Facing the yard, the barn has a stable door with a wooden lintel set in a rebuilt opening, flanked by ventilation slits. Additionally, there is a pitching door on the gable end, which has gable coping. The barn is included for its group value with Westow Hall.
