Combination farm building, now garage and outbuilding. Early - mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, possibly pigsty with hen-house over. Quoins. South side: C20 garage door right, small opening in plain surround to first floor left. Bulbous kneelers, gable copings. Central banded stack. Left return: board doors in quoined surrounds to left and right, central board door to first floor, pigeon openings above. Attached garage to left, not of special interest. Included for group value.
