Description
The building is a late 17th-century pigeoncote and boundary walls, now used as a garage, located 30 meters southwest of Hall Farmhouse. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble with a pantile roof and a plain tile verge. The gable is coped with kneelers. The structure is two storeys high and has two bays in a rectangular plan. The north gable features 20th-century garage doors with a timber lintel, and above these is a squared louvred opening. The adjoining boundary wall has flat slab coping and a plank door, measuring approximately 20 meters long. On the west side, there is a lean-to toilet with a plank door, and the adjoining boundary wall here also has flat slab coping, extending approximately 50 meters long. The east side includes a ground-level opening with a chamfered segmental head, and above it is a doorway with oak jambs. Inside, there is a reed and plaster floor and full-height stone nest boxes.
