Description

This is a pier dating from around 1760, made of ashlar stone. It has a square section and stands approximately 4 metres high. The pier features a slight plinth, a deep cornice, and a ball finial at the top. It was originally part of the wall that flanked the entrance to the stables. The wall has been partially broken through to allow for farm access, and the remaining section now serves as a garden wall for the farmhouse. There is a low wall attached to the west side, but it is not considered to be of special interest.
