Description

This boundary pier dates to around 1830. It is constructed of ashlar facing brick. The pier is square in plan and approximately 2 metres high, featuring chamfered plinths, recessed panels to the shafts, moulded cornices, and shaped caps. It forms part of the setting for Acton, No.13, and is one of a significant group of piers in Suffolk Square.
