Description

23 to 27 Park Terrace is a row of early 19th-century buildings. They are two storeys high and constructed from coursed stone, topped with Welsh slate and pantile roofs. The row features eight windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, except for two modern windows on the first floor of No 23 and three modern windows, including a shop window, on the ground floor of No 24. Nos 25 and 26 each have one hung sash with glazing bars on the ground floor. There is a passage door to No 22, and steps lead up to plain or modern doors. This group of buildings is of local interest and forms a cohesive group with No 28.
