Description
Low Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the mid to late 18th century, with later extensions. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a pantile roof with brick stacks. The building has a three-cell, hearth-passage plan, with a baconry extension added to the left.
The farmhouse is two storeys high and has two windows on the front elevation, with a lower end to the right that contains the entrance to the hearth passage. The entrance features a four-panel door beneath a divided rectangular fanlight. To the right of the entrance, there is a three-light, small pane horizontal sliding sash window, with two similar windows to the left. The first-floor windows are also similar and are set under heavy stone lintels. The gables are coped and have shaped kneelers, with stacks at both ends and in the centre.
At the rear, there is a round-headed staircase window with radial glazing, set under voussoirs and a keystone.
