Description

New Bridge is a bridge built in 1799. It is constructed from ashlar stone, showing signs of rustication that have worn over time. The bridge features three arches and chamfered cut-waters. There is a decorative band and a coped parapet, with cylindrical domed piers. The parapet extends on the north-east side nearly to No 21 Finkle Street.
