Description
Manor Farmhouse and the attached barn are a late 18th-century structure with some 20th-century windows added to the house. The building features variegated brick laid in stretcher bond, with the barn's end wall resting on sandy limestone footings. It has a pantile roof. The farmhouse is designed in a 3-cell, hearth-passage plan, standing two stories tall with a three-window front. The barn, located to the left, is two stories high and has five bays.
The house has a four-panel door positioned left of center, and on the ground floor, there are three-light small-pane horizontal-sliding sash windows with plain lintels. Above the door, there is a 20th-century top-opening window, and to the right, there are additional three-light small-pane windows, all featuring painted timber lintels and stone sills. A cogged brick eaves band runs along the top, with coped gables and shaped kneelers. The house has end stacks and a stack located left of center.
The barn has a left-of-center bay that projects and contains a stable door. The bays to the right are separated by plain pilasters, and the left end bay has two levels of vents. The barn also features a brick dentil eaves course, a coped gable, and a shaped kneeler on the left side.
