Manor Farm House Adjacent to Grange Farm House

Manor Farm House, located adjacent to Grange Farm House on Main Street in Linton-on-Ouse, is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with a refronting in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of mottled pink brick in Flemish bond and has a pantile roof. The building features a lobby entry plan and stands two storeys high, with four first-floor windows. The central entrance has a part-glazed door and overlight set within a portico that includes a classical entablature. The windows are 4-pane sashes framed in flush wood architraves with stone sills. The windows to the left of the door have cambered brick arches, while those on the right have segmental brick arches. The left gable has coping, and there are stacks located at the centre and right end of the house. On the rear, there is a two-course first-floor band and dentilled eaves. The right part of the building has been rebuilt, and the right return features a first-floor band, along with a door and a blind opening in the gable.
