Description

Reuse Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of orange brick in Flemish bond and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and four bays, with a plinth at the base. There is a glazed door set within a hooded wooden architrave located in the third bay. The windows are 20th-century casements that sit beneath flat gauged-brick arches. A three-course band runs along the first floor, and the eaves are dentilled. Brick kneelers support the roof, and there are stacks at both ends of the building. An outbuilding is attached to the rear right, while a farm building at the back, which is in separate ownership, is not considered of special interest.
