Description

12 Birdgate is a building with origins dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. It is two storeys high and constructed from coursed stone, topped with a pantile roof. The facade features one window with a wooden lintel and two windows with later glazing, both of which are hung sashes with wooden lintels. The ground floor includes a small shop front and one additional window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 9 and Nos 14 to 19 on Birdgate.
