Office Range Approximately 50 Metres To North Of Hauxwell Hall

The building is an office range located approximately 50 meters north of Hauxwell Hall, dated 1858. It is constructed of coursed stone with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof. The structure is one and two storeys high and consists of seven bays, with quoins at the corners.

The central two-storey carriageway projects forward and has large panelled doors beneath a chamfered segmental arch, which is adorned with moulded imposts and a keystone. Above the arch is a coat of arms, likely from the 17th century, framed by large acanthus leaves and surrounded by rope-moulding and strapwork scrolls. On either side of the carriageway are oculus windows with torus moulding.

The eaves feature a decorative band, and there are ball finials on the kneelers. The hipped roof is topped with a pine-cone at the apex. Flanking the gatehouse are two single-storey ranges, each with three bays and access from the inner walls of the gatehouse. These ranges have cross windows, and above the central window on the left is another coat of arms, while the central window on the right bears the inscription "C.A.C. 1858."

The ends of the building have ashlar copings with ball finials on the gables. The rear elevation, which faces the courtyard, shows the carriageway and end bays projecting forward. Above the gateway, there is a coat of arms in a cartouche, flanked by two-light mullion windows. Each window in the single-storey ranges has a small square opening above it with X-tracery, and the end bays are topped with gables that contain keyed oculus windows with T-tracery, also featuring ball finials on the kneelers.
