Description

The Clinic is a much altered 18th-century house located on Grape Lane, which was refronted in brick in the late 19th century. The interior features two well-preserved panelled rooms with original mantelpieces. One room on the first floor contains a very fine 18th-century pierced steel grate decorated with obelisks and urns. The Clinic, along with Captain Cook's House and Nos 19 to 28, forms a group of historically significant buildings.
