Description
Nos 1, 2, and 2A Lockey's Yard are rear premises located behind Nos 20 and 21 Grape Lane. The building is dated 1669, as indicated by a tablet above the door of No 2. No 1 is a two-storey structure made of brick with a pantile roof and features a six-fielded door with wooden pilasters. No 2 also has two storeys and attics, is rendered, and has a pantile roof with one sloped dormer. It includes one window, a date, and a modern door, along with a six-panel door. No 2A is lower but still has two storeys, featuring a large slope-top dormer with fixed glazing and an opening light. It has a pantile roof and two windows: one is a three-light sliding sash with glazing bars, and the other is a small window. The ground floor has two modern windows and a door. The rear premises of No 20 are two storeys, rendered, with one dormer and two modern windows, plus one window on the ground floor.
