Description

The drystone forecourt walls and piers at the front of Clarghyll Hall are constructed from squared, roughly coursed drystone walling, as indicated on a plan from 1775. The walls feature flat copings and include quadrant walls at the entrance, which are complemented by drystone angle piers and ashlar gate piers, both topped with pyramidal caps. There is also a 20th-century wooden gate.
