Description
Woodbine House, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with rusticated quoins. It features a hipped roof made of graduated slate and has a central stone chimney. The house has a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay front with a central part-glazed door set in a corniced doorcase, flanked by a single sash window on either side. The first floor has three sash windows, all of which include glazing bars and stone surrounds. A stair window located at the north end has a traceried semicircular head and a projecting keystone. At the rear, there is an attached two-storey warehouse that has undergone extensive alterations in the 20th century but is included in the listing because it is integral with the house.
