Description

The war memorial, located south of the Church of St Cuthbert, was erected in 1919 and is made of red sandstone. It features a stepped plinth with a tapering shaft topped by a Celtic cross head. The memorial is inscribed with the names of seven individuals who died in the 1914-18 war and is situated in the graveyard south of the church.
