Description

The Terrace is a building from the 18th or 19th century located on the east side of Bongate in Appleby-in-Westmorland. It is constructed of stuccoed and colour-washed stone, featuring quoins, a hipped slate roof, an eaves cornice, and a parapet. The central doorway is adorned with a moulded architrave and cornice. There are two 16-panel sash windows on the ground floor and three above. A lean-to glazed verandah extends over the front ground floor, and there is a round-headed stair window at the rear.
