Description

Old Hall is an 18th-century building located in Bongate, Appleby in Westmorland. It is constructed of roughcast over stone and has two storeys topped with a roof of graded slates. The entrance features a modern glazed door set within a trellis porch and a chamfered doorway. There are four 12-paned sash windows on each floor, all with moulded reveals. To the right, there is a lower extension. The building has end chimneys with stone copings and kneelers.
