It stands three storeys high and has three bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes with plain reveals and projecting painted sills. To the left of the second bay, there is a door with a timber surround that includes sunken panels and a cornice supported on brackets. In the left-hand bay, a shop window is present, featuring a timber fascia and cornice supported by timber pilasters. The chimneys, located to the right of the second bay and at the far right, have limestone caps. The west facade, which faces Union Street, consists of one bay and has matching windows, including a shop window on the ground floor. A recessed shop doorway with a painted stone surround is located at the angle between the two facades.
