Description

Number 4, adjoining the north end of Lyndhurst, is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It features incised stucco and has a graduated slate roof with stone coping, a kneeler, and a corniced chimney at the north end. There is a second identical chimney that is shared with Lyndhurst. The building has a two-storey, two-bay front, which includes a panelled door set within a pedimented Tuscan doorcase. To the left of the door, there is a single sash window, and there are two additional sash windows above, all of which are without glazing bars.
