Description
This is a limekiln, probably from the 19th century, constructed of coursed rubble. It is a large rectangular structure built into the hillside to the south of the lane. The front features a round-arched fire hole that opens to the lane, with adjoining field walls that curve into the sides. At the rear, there is a rectangular gabled field shed, which has an unslated roof.
