Description

Fern Bank is a late 19th-century building of Gothic style, originally located on Beacon Road but now on Graham Street in Penrith. The exterior is roughcast with quoins, topped by a slate roof. Gable ends feature ornamented bargeboards. A pointed-arched porch provides entry, and the building has long, narrow sash windows, along with a pointed-arched stair window with Gothic glazing bars. The front facing the garden has two large bay windows on the ground floor, and three sash windows above, each with a gabled head and bargeboards.
