Description

The folly, likely used as a field barn, dates from the late 19th century and is located on a hill northeast of Inglewood Bank in Great Salkeld. It is constructed from red sandstone rubble and features a small rectangular shape without any windows. The building has an end pointed-arched doorway and is topped with walls that have a battlemented parapet.
