Description

The wall railings and gate to the front garden of Cross Bank and Greystones, located in Tirril, date from the early to mid 19th century. The structure consists of a wall and railings approximately 13.5 meters long, made of ashlar and cast iron. The low-coped wall ramps towards one end and features a central gate. The fluted square railings are topped with decorative finials, and the gate has decorative splat panels on its lower part.
