Description

These are early 19th-century buildings, constructed of ashlar stone, and stand three storeys high with an eaves cornice. They feature long and short quoins and horizontal strings at sill level. A central passage provides access, topped by a traceried rectangular fanlight. Two shop fronts are present; the one at No. 5 is from the early 20th century, distinguished by thin colonnets, coloured leaded lights, panelled pilasters, a fascia, and a cornice. Four sash windows are found on each upper storey, with the windows of No. 5 having 16 panes.
