Description

This is a roadside well located north-west of Hutton Grange, dating from the mid or late 19th century. It features a circular drum made of dressed red sandstone topped with a flat circular slab roof. There is a small opening on one side, although the well is now filled in. An Ordnance Survey bench mark is present on the roof.
